WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order will be carefully processed and shipped within 1 working day. Within the Netherlands you will usually receive your order within 2 working days. For international orders, delivery time varies between 2 to 5 business days.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, shipping is free from €125. Asámi has carefully determined the rates for other countries per destination. Click here for more information.
CAN I RETURN MY ASAMI ORDER?
Yes. If your Asámi product does not fully match what you had in mind, you can return it within 14 days of receipt within the statutory withdrawal period.

How do I keep my headscarf beautiful?
We recommend treating your headscarf with care and always following the washing instructions on the label or product page. It is best to wash a headscarf with stones at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees and in a laundry bag. It is best to wash a hijab with a print cold and by hand. This way the fabric remains as beautiful as possible in appearance, color and suppleness.
